Property Rental Administrator (Contract) - Head Office, Cape Town

We need an ambitious, responsible, detail orientated and self-motivated individual, with an ability to handle pressure to fill the following new contract vacancy that exists in the Property Department at Head Office in Cape Town.

The successful candidate should have the following:

Essential Attributes:

  • Matric with Maths or Accountancy /Economics
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word & excel)
  • General Office administration
  • Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written at all levels)
  • Has to work well under pressure –deadline driven

  • Accounts knowledge

Key Functions:

  • Administer a portfolio of rental and electricity payments
  • Reconcile accounts & follow-up with Landlords/managing /agents)
  • Office Administration to include MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Invoice capturing
  • Meet deadlines
  • Telephone ethics
  • Accounts Processing
  • General Administration

Advantageous:

  • Suitable tertiary qualification an advantage
  • Creditor’s experience preferably in the Retail industry
  • MCBA an advantage
  • Potential for full time employment
